Our Vision
Develop a flexible mobile support group space for youth, and to operate it as a mobile cafe that offers barista and employment training. We aim to build confidence and bring youth out of isolation by navigating challenges like addiction, solitude, and involvement in gangs or substance abuse, our commitment extends to fostering avenues for confidence and skill-building towards employment, as well as comprehensive well-being.
What needs does this address?
Youth Unlimited provides inclusive support for individuals facing challenges like substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, and mental health struggles. These issues often stem from a lack of community, emotional support, education, employment opportunities, or essential resources needed to address larger problems like addiction, hunger, homelessness, prostitution, gang involvement, drugs, or human trafficking.
Station One Eight Will
Provide a safe refuge for various demographics of youth
Be an intentional space for spiritual insight & growth
Be a place where youth can gain enhanced self-confidence and self-worth
Be a supplementary tool for existing programs at Youth Unlimited Calgary
Provide a work environment where youth can run peer-to-peer outreach & be trained in barista skill/cafe operations
Give youth work experience which makes them employable

We’re devoted to the holistic development of youth in all aspects. Station One Eight embodies Youth Unlimited’s two-fold ministry approach:
To cultivate hope, we provide a safe and accepting space for youth with Christian mentors, delivering messages of hope. Additionally, we empower them to establish peer-to-peer outreach in their own circles.
Empower youth with employable skills like barista training, cash management, and small business operations. We value their potential, goals, and voices in shaping our outreach strategies.
